As part of our focus to make opera more enjoyable and accessible to our locals, our outreach programme aims to introduce, inspire and educate people from all walks of life, fostering a better understanding of opera as an art form and sharing the love and knowledge of music with others. Singing is a beautifully exquisite tool for one to express themselves so come on down and experience your first opera!
Think a full-length opera might be too long to sit through? Then our light-hearted and comedic mini Opera series, “Who’s Afraid of Opera?” could just be the thing for you! Sit back, relax and let us charm you with some of western vocal music’s most beloved tunes, incorporated with a local twist – a national serviceman looking for his true love, or even a reality game show of “Who Wants to Date a Millionaire!”. This is show not to be missed, come and experience some opera with us today!
If you would like us to perform for your school or company/corporate event, do get in touch with us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you as soon as possible!
At NOS, we wish to give people from all walks of life and all financial backgrounds the opportunity to learn and realize their potential, especially in western vocal music. Our community workshops are typically held at heartland community centres, libraries and even schools, aimed at teaching our youths the ways of healthy and proper singing.
If singing is something which interests you greatly, come to one of these venues and have a go at classical voice. Perhaps this might even be the start to your newfound passion and career!
If you would like to arrange with us a private session for schools or corporate events as well, keep in touch with us at email@example.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible!
